Thank you for shopping with Zentiq Collective. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for information about order processing, delivery, and shipping.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders are processed only on Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, festive seasons, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted courier companies to deliver your orders safely across India.

Shipping methods may include:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping (where available)

The available shipping options will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery location.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities:5-7 Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-10 Days
  • Remote Areas: 5-12 Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.


Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking information.

Tracking details are generally sent within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched.

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment through the courier partner's website.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • We cannot guarantee successful delivery.

Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address after placing an order.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the recipient is unavailable,
  • the address is incorrect,
  • or delivery is refused,

the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned packages.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and supporting photographs.

We will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping

At this time, Zentiq Collective currently ships only within India.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
